HISTORY
Glob Real Estate company was set up in 2001 in Warsaw. The Company was solely established on the basis of Polish capital. Since its beginning the Company specializes in renting of office and warehouse areas. Since 2003 the Company’s range of activities was expanded to sale of land for commercial buildings.
OFFICE AREA DEPARTMENT
The Office Department has successfully mediated in A and B+ office area sale and lease in Warsaw. Our experience in this area allows professional servicing our customers. Our business contacts with developers and investment funds allows preparing and rendering attractive offers from primary and secondary market.
WAREHOUSE AREA AND LAND DEPARTMENT
At the moment of the Glob Company opening its owners had already possessed previous five year experience in warehouse area lease in Warsaw. In time thanks to many lease transactions signed we have actively participated in the formation of professional warehouse area lease market in Poland. We had a pleasure to create that market also participating in sale of land designated for new warehouse areas centres.

We actively participated in creation and development of commercial real estate market.
