 HISTORY
Glob Nieruchomości is a company that was established in 2001, in Warsaw. The firm was founded solely on the basis of Polish capital. From the beginning of its existence, the company specializes in the renting of office and warehouse space. From the year 2003, the scope of corporate activity has been broadened by the selling of land for commercial construction purposes.
OFFICE SPACE DEPARTMENT
The office department acted successfully as an intermediary in the transactions concerning the renting out, as well as the selling of office space of A and B+ class, in Warsaw. Our experience in this respect puts us in a position to grant professional services to our clients, whereas the fostered relations with the developers and investment funds facilitates us in putting forth attractive offers from both, primary, and secondary market.
WAREHOUSE SPACE AND LAND DEPARTMENT
At the time of company inception, the proprietors of Glob Nieruchomości already had a 5-year-long experience to their credit in the business of renting warehouse space on the Warsaw market. With the passing of time, thanks to the recurring rental transactions, we have come to actively participate in establishing the market for the renting of professional warehouse space on the territory of Poland. We had a pleasure in the starting off of this market by participating also in land sales transactions that were initiated with the objective of developing even more warehouse space.
KNOW-HOW/EXPERIENCE/ACHIEVEMENTS
As a result of our active participation in the formation and in the development of commercial property market, we have come to grasp knowledge that lets us strive towards the goal of attaining the confidence of our clients, and we rejoice with the fact that our clients come back to us presenting new challenges in connection with commercial property.
In the sector of office and warehouse space rental, we have already realised a few hundred transactions.
